SMI’s Mechanical Engineering & Drafting Department has over 80 years of experience designing and creating detailed plans for permitting and construction, along with “As Builds” and P&IDs. SMI also assists clients with documentation needed for older mechanical systems, as plans disappear and modifications are done without proper documentation. This difficult issue is faced in many existing facilities. SMI has the tools, know-how, and qualified staff to create and deliver those documents.
